Return Policy for TBMINER.COM
This clause is only limited to the online retail platform TBMINER.COM, if offline bulk purchases please consult the customer service.
- Please confirm whether the product is needed at the time of purchase. If the product has been issued, we will not accept no reason returns.
- Please contact our customer service if the product applies for refund after you pay. As the product may have been sent to the transportation center for transportation. In this case, we do not accept returns.
- Items faulty on arrival. You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 calendar days to inform us. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Ask Customer Services for a pre-paid returns label. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
- If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 3 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.
- Sometimes manufacturers provide support direct to end users. the main reason for this is that they would like to ensure that their customers receive the best possible support on their products. If we refer you to a manufacturer your RMA will invariably be dealt with a lot quicker.
Damage in Transit:
If any item was damaged in transit, please notify us within 2 working days after receipt of the goods. Please check before signed whether completeness and no damage:
1). If the logistics transportation caused the product packaging but severely damaged products without damage, please take a photo as evidence and please reject receiving, and contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange to send you the new packaging as soon as possible, we will bear the shipping cost.
2). If the goods are seriously damaged due to the logistics transportation, please take a photo as evidence and please reject receiving, and we will refund the bill in full.
Item Missing or Incorrect Item
If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please contact Customer Services by E-Mail: email@example.com as soon as possible and in any event within three days, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
